Service Description

Does 30 minutes seem a little rushed? These extended follow-up sessions allow for more time to discuss your progress. They allow for a deeper look at obstacles hindering your success and time to make thoughtful goals that are right for you. Similar to the 30 minute follow sessions, 60 minutes sessions can be scheduled biweekly or monthly as needed.
